DESCRIPTION:Écarlate is composed of Clémence Langlois\, Daphnée McIntyre\, and Samuel LeBlanc\, three multi-instrumentalists from Moncton\, New Brunswick\, who have been performing their music since 2022. The trio also expands to a full band with one or two additional musicians\, depending on the occasion. In the midst of the pandemic\, the group won the 17th edition of Accros de la chanson and the 52nd edition of the Gala de la chanson de Caraquet\, which propelled their career onto the Maritime music scene at the young age of 17. \nTheir deeply emotional music\, straight from the heart\, initially charted their journey from adolescence to adulthood and resonates with audiences of all ages. Their nostalgic world and songs\, sometimes poignant\, sometimes humorous\, lull listeners through a rainbow of powerful emotions. Now approaching their twenties and with more experience under their belts\, the band has solidified its sound\, drawing on folk\, pop\, and country influences with authenticity\, exploration\, and their own unique touch.  \n  \nLike their life experiences\, their show is an adventure\, a journey through time\, and a dream of the future. To mark this significant landmark\, he released an acclaimed career-spanning box set The Roaring Forty and played to sell-out crowds around the world. \nBilly Bragg has released 11 solo studio albums\, three albums of Woody Guthrie lyrics set to contemporary music by Billy and Wilco (the Mermaid Avenue albums) and one album with Joe Henry. His most recent studio album\, The Million Things That Never Happened came out in 2021.
