“Student teams at NBCC Moncton compete in a street-food challenge, showcasing local ingredients. Join us March 3-5 for tasty creations!”
The excitement of student teams competing head-to-head to develop and implement street-food-style businesses returns to the NBCC Moncton Campus (1234 Mountain Road) on March 3 – 5, 2026.
Through a partnership with Savour / Saveur NB, each team will be working with at least one local food producer to demonstrate innovative uses of local ingredients. Teams of students from the Culinary Arts Management and Hotel and Restaurant Management programs are ready to welcome everyone to our campus from 10:15 am to 1:00 pm to try their lunch creations.
On Tuesday, March 3rd, the NBCC Student Recruitment Team would like you to join us to get an overview of all things NBCC. We’ll give you a sneak peek into the prep work that goes into the event, a tour of the rest of our fantastic NBCC facilities and programs, and the best part? Your lunch is on us!
Looking forward to seeing you on March 3rd!
