A weekend house fire has claimed the life of a 78-year-old man in Saint-Louis-de-Kent.
Emergency responders were called to a small trailer around 9 o’clock Sunday morning.
RCMP say the man likely died of smoke inhalation after firefighters found him on the floor behind the front door.
The man lived alone and no else was inside.
The Fire Marshal’s Office is looking into it but say the fire is not considered suspicious.
