A Richibucto man has been charged with uttering threats after a investigation which also led to the seizure of drugs.
Last Saturday (November 28), RCMP were called after threats were reportedly made at a Main Street home in Richibucto.
A man fled before officers arrived.
Later in the day, police were called about a disturbance involving the same individual.
A 36-year-old man was arrested at the scene where police seized what is believed to be methamphetamine, a weapon, drug equipment and some money.
Jean-Yves Martin is being held in custody and returns to Moncton Provincial Court on December 2 for a bail hearing.
