The province has shut down a so-called drug house in Upper Sackville.
Following an investigation, peace officers with the Department of Justice and Public Safety determined a property at 2039 Upper Aboujagane Road was being used for illegal drug activity.
As a result, officers say this activity was having a negative impact on the community.
Under the Safer Communities and Neighbourhoods Act, an application was granted by a judge earlier this month to close the property for 90 days.
The order required anyone inside to vacate during that time.
The Safer Communities Program aims to help local residents and ensure owners are held accountable for illegal activities on their property.
The Department of Justice and Public Safety urges residents to make complaints confidentially if they believe illegal activities are happening in their neighbourhood.
