Draw Results Available For Wild Turkey Hunt

More than 4,800 people applied for New Brunswick’s first wild turkey hunt next month.

That is according to figures released by the Department of Natural Resources and Energy Development on Monday.

Those who did apply can now check online to see if they received one of the 400 available licenses.

Successful applicants will receive wild turkey-specific tags and information packets in the mail.

Once they get the tag, they can purchase their license through e-licensing, Service New Brunswick, or authorized vendors.

This year’s hunt takes place from May 10 to May 22.
