A Dorchester inmate who fell ill earlier this month has passed way.
Edward Francis Kuchciak was sent to hospital in Moncton on the 14th and he passed away yesterday.
He was 62 years old and had been serving a life sentence since March of 1975 for forcible confinement and murder.
