The RCMP will release more information this morning on a number of drug, cash and firearm seizures made across Southern New Brunswick yesterday.
It was all part of Operation J Tornado which is a crackdown on drug operations and organized crime.
The investigation involved RCMP, along with several other police organizations and the Canada Border Services Agency.
Searches were conducted in a number of communities including Moncton, Scoudouc, Saint John and Grand Manan.
A total of 29 people were arrested, including four from the Moncton area. 42-year-old Joey Cormier of Scoudouc, 40-year-old Jeffrey Cormier of Moncton, 41- year-old Shane Simpson of Moncton and 39-year- old Dale Baiani of Moncton are all facing drug related charges.
A news conference will be held in Saint John this morning.
