The deadline to meet conditions for The Humanity Project and What Kids Need Moncton to buy the Moncton Curling Club, is quickly approaching.
Earlier this month, the city agreed to $200, 000 for the two groups, to help them buy the former Moncton Curling Club.
This came with 11 requirements, including, the groups had to work out a purchase agreement with the building’s owners, permits and approvals had to be obtained, inurance purchased, and the building had to be inspected and meet requirements.
The deadline for all of the requirements is November 30th.
