Chef Chanelle and the BRIX experience team looks forward to hosting another group of aspiring young chefs at BRIX for our summer long culinary camps.

Shifting weekly, we aim to host groups of 8-12 year and 13-18year old Chefs in the making at BRIX! Camps run five days a week from 9 AM – 12 PM.

From learning new techniques & skills from knife work, to baking and introduction on many other aspects, young chefs will get familiar and be introduced to core equipment and skills to master any culinary landscape

Our young chefs will learn new recipes inspired by most popular recipes from the BRIX culinary vault. Experimenting with new flavours, learning how to balance dishes while pushing their creativity, young chefs are encouraged to take exciting risks in the name of new flavours and dishes.

Global exposure, Young Chefs will be given opportunities to travel the globe with international cooking and recipes that pay tribute to the unique tastes from around the world!
