If you’re a big fan of “coffee” and enjoy organizing fundraising events, the Alzheimer’s Society of New Brunswick is looking for your help.
The month of September marks their annual fundraising event which encourages individuals to host a fundraising “coffee break” in their communities.
Regional Coordinator for the Alzheimer’s Society Joanne Richard tells us their fundraiser basically involves inviting businesses and simply people in the community to get together and hold a coffee break to raise money for a worthy cause.
Money raised through these coffee breaks help the Alzheimer’s society offer free services and programs to families impacted by Alzheimer’s diseases and dementia.
