Codiac RCMP Arrest Three Riverview Men After Two Year Graffiti Investigation

An investigation into graffiti in the tri-community area led to the arrest of three local men.

Codiac RCMP have been investigating numerous incidents of graffiti on business and government buildings since 2014.

Last Monday, a 20-year old Riverview man was arrested because of the investigation.

Over the weekend a 19-year old man, and another 20-year old, both also from Riverview were arrested.

All three have since been released on a promise to appear in court and are expected to face charges.

RCMP graffiti expert Constable Chris Fader says since 2014 they’ve received more than 150 complaints, with damage estimated around $20,000.
