Clocks ‘Spring Forward’ Tonight

Most of us spend one-third of our lives sleeping and some of us really feel the impact of the time change in the spring and fall.

Dr. Roger Godbout studies the impacts of sleep loss and how sleep allows us to function in our daily lives.

He says we commit things we have learned during the day to long term memory while we are sleeping.

Godbout says sleeping fights infections and when you don’t sleep enough, you don’t heal as fast.

We move to daylight time as of 2am Sunday morning.

Remember to put your clocks forward one hour before you go to bed tonight.
