A 47 year old Canaan Forks man remains in custody on child pornography charges following a raid yesterday.
The investigation by the RCMP’s Internet Child Exploitation unit began last September and following the search of a home yesterday Christopher Mark Lewis was arrested and several electronic devices were seized.

Lewis appeared in Saint John Provincial Court and will remain in custoy until a bail hearing on Monday morning in Saint John.
The RCMP ICE unit includes police from Saint John and the KV.
Canaan Forks is 40 kilometres west of Salisbury.
