Charges Laid In Connection With Nigadoo Death

Two people will return to court next month facing second degree murder charges in connection with the death of a 70-year-old man.

Thirty-one-year-old Jessy Lagace and 20-year-old Natacha Roy were charged in a Bathurst courtroom yesterday.

Police say a man was found dead in an apartment in Nigadoo on Saturday.

A psychiatric evaluation has been ordered for both Lagace and Roy.

They’ll return to court in March.
