Charges Laid After Two Stabbing Incidents In Moncton

Charges have been laid after two people were stabbed in Moncton.

Codiac RCMP were called to a restaurant on St George Street on Sunday night….and found a man had been injured.

After he was taken to Moncton Hospital to be treated, officers received information that a second man with stab wounds was taken to the Georges Dumont Hospital.

41 year old Joseph Paul is charged with committing assault causing bodily harm.

He has been sent for a psychiatric assessment to determine if he is fit to stand trial.
