He tells us he never thought death was a consequence of his work.
He says he used to think what he did would garner a strongly worded letter to the editor, a lawsuit or even a punch to the nose but the world has changed that way.
De Adder tells us he first heard the news on tv as he sat down at his writing desk and he found it surreal.
