Provincial NDP leader Dominic Cardy making two campaign stops in Saint John on consecutive days and expressing confidence the party will be able to make a big breakthrough this time around.
Cardy is optimistic about winning some seats but won’t say how many.
He does say this campaign, at least for the NDP, has been like no other with people stopping him to ask what’s in the party platform.
Cardy says the NDP is offering up change in the way the province has been run for 150 years by the Liberals and Conservatives which includes less influence and power in the hands of unelected people in the Premier’s office.
