Canadians Urged To Wish The Queen Happy 90th Birthday

The Monarchist League of Canada has a special project in mind to help celebrate the 90th birthday of Queen Elizabeth the Second next month.

New Brunswick spokesperson Barry MacKenzie is encouraging Canadians from all walks of life to sing a verse of “Happy Birthday” on video to the Queen to help mark the milestone.

“It’s a great mileston for her and we hope that it means she is following in the footsteps of her mother who lived to the ripe old age of almost 102. But certainly we are doing everything we can to make sure it’s recognized,” he notes.

MacKenzie says the plan is to combine all of the video birthday greetings together into a single chorus of well-wishes.

April 25 is the deadline for submissions and you find out how to enter HERE.
