Canada Wide Warrant Issued For Two Wanted In Connection With Violent Death Of Teenager

An update in the search for a man and woman wanted in connection with the violent death of 18-year old Baylee Wylie.

A Canada wide warrant has been issued for 20 year old Marissa Shephard and 18-year old Tyler Noel.

They are facing charges of first degree murder and arson.

RCMP say they don’t know if the two are together or even if they are still in New Brunswick.

Sergeant Andre Pepin says anyone helping these two avoid authorities can be charged with accessory after the fact to commit first degree murder.

He adds they should be considered dangerous and are not to be approached.

Marissa Shephard is described as Caucasian, 167cm (5’5″) tall and weighs approximately 45kg (100lbs).

She has brown eyes and brown hair.

She has a tattoo with the name Stephen on her neck and a tattoo of a crown on her chest.

Previous news releases had stated the tattoo was a heart and not a crown.

Tyler Noel is described as Caucasian with a medium complexion.

He is 173cm (5’8″) tall with a medium build and weighs approximately 64kg (140lbs).

He has brown eyes and black hair, including facial hair and sideburns.

He has tattoos on his right arm with the words mom, dad and Mary as well as a skull.

A cash award is available for information leading to their arrests.
