A 53-year-old Burton man is dead after an accident along Route 10 in Upper Salmon Creek, NB.
The man was driving his motorcycle around 10 o’clock on Friday night when he struck two young moose crossing the highway.
He was thrown from his motorcycle and was found unresponsive by a nearby neighbour.
An RCMP member, unaware of the collision, was driving along Route 10 in an unmarked police vehicle when he came upon the crash scene.
RCMP are investigating the incident.
