Boil water order lifted in Riverview

The Town of Riverview says the drinking water is now safe to consume.

A boil water advisory for parts of the town has now been lifted.

It was put into place on Tuesday after a water main break on Canusa Drive.

Testing was conducted over the past 48 hours, with the help of the Department of Health.

If you were away or not using your tap water for the past couple of days, it’s advised that you run the water for 15 minutes to flush your plumbing.
