The village of Alma is under a boil water advisory until further notice.
A notice posted on the village’s Facebook page on Saturday said you should boil all water for at least a minute before drinking it.
That also includes water used for mixing juice, brushing your teeth, making ice and washing fruits and vegetables.
The village says the advisory is precautionary and they expect it to be lifted within a few days.
Residents are also being asked to conserve water by not washing their cars or watering their lawns.
