Southeast RCMP have seized roughly 1300 marijuana plants, as well as a firearm, after conducting recent searches on two properties in the Shemogue area near Cap-Pele.
One search was conducted on Square Lake Road while the other was on Moulin Road.
The firearm was found inside a shed on one of the properties.
Police estimate the marijuana haul would have produced more than 600,000 joints.
So far, no word on any suspects.
