Berry Mills home damaged in firearm incident, RCMP investigates

The RCMP is asking for the public’s help after a firearm was discharged toward a home in Berry Mills, near Moncton.

Police say the incident happened on Streamside Court around 1:15 a.m. Wednesday.

When officers arrived, they found several bullet holes in the garage of a residence. No injuries were reported.

Investigators are working to gather more information and are asking residents in the area to check for any suspicious activity or surveillance footage from that time.

Police believe this was an isolated incident and say there is no risk to the general public.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Caledonia Region RCMP at 506-387-2222.
