Wine lovers, tonight there is the perfect event for you.
The 7th annual wine tasting and art exhibit , Beaujolais Nouveau is planned.
Spokesperson David Ford says this is a very specific type of wine, “They all come from France, and it’s been going on for over 100 hundred years. They make 35 million bottles and it’s a wine that appeals to both red and white wine drinkers because it is light and fruity and fresh, but it is red coloured.”
Tickets are $30 and available at the door at the Cocoa Room of the Fundy Chocolate River Station.
The money raised goes to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation, the Tree of Hope Campaign and also the Brest Cancer Survivor team Dragon Boat team.
