Atlantic Canada’s most colourful festival took to the skies last night.
It’s the 29th year of the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta that sees 30 hot air balloons fly twice daily from Princess Louise Park in Sussex. It runs until Sunday.
The fiesta includes air balloons of all shapes and sizes, amusements rides, games, crafts and much more.
This festival draws roughly 45,000 people to the Sussex area every year.
