The much anticipated opening of the new Asian exhibit at the Magnetic Hill Zoo is just a couple weeks away.
The new exhibit will house the tigers and leopards and Zoo manager Bruce Dougan says some last-minute touches are now underway.
Dougan says they are looking at a grand opening on June 27th.
Staff are busy working to ensure trees, grasses, benches and signage for the exhibit are ready for the opening.
It has been a long process, but it will be a wonderful exhibit for both the public and the animals.
