Arrest Made After Alleged Threats At BMHS

An update on a story that left some parents concerned after low risk anonymous threats were reported at Bernice MacNaughton High School.

A message for families was sent last night from Prinicpal Judy Roper, who says RCMP have now made an arrest and charges are pending.

No further details were provided.

Roper once again emphasized that the district and the school take all issues that affect school safety seriously and they are committed to ensuring a positve and safe learning environment for students and staff.
