Armed Robbery Under Investigation In Moncton

Codiac RCMP is investigating an armed robbery at a gas station in Moncton’s north end.

Sergeant Dan Poirier says officers were called to the Ultramar on Cabela Court at around 6:40am this morning.

A suspect, who is believed to be male, entered the gas bar and demanded money and tobacco from the clerk.

They then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and other products.

Officers searched the area using a police dog, but no one was arrested.
