Armed Robbery In Fredericton

Fredericton Police are searching for a suspect after an armed robbery at Main Street business in the capital city.

Police say the robbery happened yesterday afternoon, when a man with a weapon entered a store and demanded money.

He fled the store with an undisclosd amount of money.

The suspect is described as a white man, about 6 feet tall, with a slim build. He was wearing black jeans, a black jacket, and a grey stocking cap pulled over his face.

No one was injured.

Police are asking anyone with information to call the Fredericton Police at 460-2300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
