46 year old Dennis Oland is back in court this afternoon as he faces a charge of second degree murder in the death of his father, Richard, in July of 2011.
The 69 year old Oland was violently killed at his Canterbury Street office.
The hearing this afternoon is expected to set dates for further court appearances.
Derek Oland, the executive chairman of Moosehead, and other family members have said they’re confident Dennis will be found innocent.
