UPDATE: Man Killed In Accident On Shediac Road

A 59-year old man from Shediac has died following a collision on Shediac Road involving a tractor trailer and a car.

Codiac RCMP Staff Sergeant Andre Mazerolle says they received reports of the head on collision near Harrisville Boulevard at around 9:50 this morning.

The driver and lone occupant of the car died at the scene.

RCMP are still trying to determine exactly what caused the crash.

The driver of the tractor trailer wasn’t injured.

Anyone who has information or witnessed the collision is asked to contact RCMP.
