A Whole Lot Of Shuffling Going On

Cathy Rogers becomes New Brunswick’s first female finance minister and Francine Landry has been named Economic Development Minister in the Premier’s long awaited cabinet shuffle.

Rick Doucet is Government House Leader along with Minister of Agriculture, Aquaculture, Fisheries, Energy and Resource Development.

Brian Kenny becomes education minister replacing Serge Rousselle who’s now Environment and Local Government Minister as well as Attorney-General.

Bill Fraser moves from tourism to Transportation and Infrastructure.

Lisa Harris joins Brian Gallant’s cabinet as minister of seniors and long-term care as well as taking responsibility for Celtic Affairs.

Stephen Horsman has been shifted from justice and public safety to become minister of family and children as well as military affairs.

Donald Arseneault becomes minister of post-secondary education, training and labour.

Victor Boudreau and Dr. Ed Doherty are staying put. Dr. Doherty also has responsibility for poverty reduction.

John Ames from St. Stephen replaces Fraser in tourism.
