Canadian companies will be facing more intense competition in the future, not less and that will require more boldness.
That warning from Perrin Beatty of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce about how to be more innovative at the Walrus Talks. Beatty says it means they have to change the way we do business in the future by being bolder and more international in their outlook.
Beatty says Canadian companies also tend to under invest in their employees as well as in new technology.
