RCMP Seize Illegal Cigarettes And Other Items From Cap-Pele Home

Over 49,000 illegal cigarettes have been seized from a Cap-Pele home, as a part of an ongoing police investigation.

RCMP officers searched the residence on Route 950 on Friday.

Items includes illegal cigarettes and marijuana, money and drug paraphernalia were found.

A 67-year-old woman and a 57-year-old man were arrested.

They’ve been released with court appearances scheduled in May.
