Two Arrests After Reported Robberies In Southeast NB

A Hillsborough man and Lakeburn woman are facing several charges in connection to two armed robberies and an attempted robbery.

RCMP say a Pharmacy in Cap Pele was robbed on February 11th.

Two days later, officers responded to an attempted robbery in Memramcook, and a report of an armed robbery at a gas station in Dieppe.

Police located a vehicle of interest in Sackville and the two individuals were arrested after their vehicle crashed into a pole, while trying to escape officers.

A woman in the vehicle was transported to hospital following the crash.

Forty-three -year-old Graham Hutchinson faces three counts of robbery, possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, dangerous operation of a conveyance, flight from peace officer, resisting arrest and driving while suspended. He will remain in custody until his next court appearance on March 9 at 11 a.m.

Thirty-two-year-old Sylvie Josée Tremblay is charged with three counts of robbery and possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose.
