Just days before Christmas, the president of Canadians for Affordable Energy believes fuel prices are going up.
Dan McTeague expects gasoline will rise by almost two cents per litre this week.
Diesel may increase by about the same amount.
The Energy and Utilities Board will make price adjustments at midnight.
