PEI And Nova Scotia Report More COVID-19 Cases Over The Weekend

Prince Edward island Public health held COVID-19 updates this weekend, after positive tests were found there.

On Saturday, two cases were confirmed, one in a student at Charlottetown Rural High School, who are plays for a Minor Hockey Midget A hockey team.

The second positive case, is a male between the age of 10 and 19 who recently travelled to PEI from outside of Atlantic Canada

More than 1100 tests were completed between Saturday and Sunday and all were negative.

There are currently four cases of COVID-19 in PEI.

Ten new cases were reported in Nova Scotia yesterday bringing their total number of active cases to 125.
