The RCMP is looking for information from the public on a suspicious structure fire that occurred in Bouctouche.
Early Tuesday morning, members of the Richibucto RCMP and Bouctouche Fire Department responded to a building locally known as “La Taverne à Joe” on Irving Boulevard.
Police say the business was unoccupied at the time and nobody was injured, however the building was completely destroyed by the fire.
The investigation has determined the fire to be suspicious in nature and officials are continuing to investigate the cause.
Anyone with information about this incident or who may have seen suspicious activity in the area is asked to contact the Richibucto RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
