A 44-year-old man from Moncton is facing charges in connection to uttering death threats.
On Monday, A warrant of arrest was issued for Michael Lee Goguen in Saint John Provincial Court.
Goguen was charged with one count of uttering threats following an incident that occurred on October 30th, involving a business in Moncton.
Later that evening, police arrested a 44-year-old man without incident at a home on Walsh Street.
Michael Lee Goguen appeared in court today and was charged with uttering threats.
He was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in Saint John Provincial Court later this week
