Just a few days to go before the ghosts and goblins take to the streets to trick or treat.
Now that zone one has returned to the yellow level of the COVID-19 recovery plan, Halloween is going ahead.
A reminder from the Tri-communities of some of the ways homeowners can have a safe Halloween..
If you do not want trick or treaters at your home, there is a printable form you can download and place it on your door, or you can leave the porch lights off.
If you are planning on giving out treats, sanitize hands between visitors, keep high touch areas clean, and consider making individual treat bags rather than using one bowl.
If your children are going out, limit their trick or treating to one neighbourhood.
