One New Case of COVID-19 In Atlantic Canada

There was one new COVID-19 case reported within the Atlantic bubble this weekend.

The new case was identified in Newfoundland and Labrador on Sunday, as a male resident between 20 and 39 years old.

Public health says they have been isolating since returning home from Manitoba.

The new case brings the number of active cases in the province to 2.

Meanwhile, New Brunswick currently has 7 active cases of the virus.

There’s one person with COVID-19 in Nova Scotia and they are in the ICU.

PEI did not provide an update on case numbers this weekend.
