Demolition is underway at the Centenaire Arena in Dieppe.
The building located on Notre-Dame Street has served as a place where families gathered for recreational activities, including ice sports, since 1967.
It will be replaced by the UNIplex which is currently under construction on College Street.
The new UNIPlex is expected to open to the public in November.
