HAZMAT Exercise At Salisbury Weigh Station

Firefighters from across the province will be taking part in activities at the Salisbury weigh station on the Trans Canada Highway today.

A HAZMAT exercise has been coordinated through the Office of the Fire Marshal of New Brunswick.

It will be happening between 8am and 4pm on Thursday, September 10th.

Moncton does not have a Provincial HAZMAT Team, but does have 18 trained firefighter technicians who are supporting the exercise.
