Possible COVID-19 Exposure Onboard August 14th Flights

The Government of New Brunswick is advising of the potential exposure to COVID-19 onboard a flight.

Public Health identified one confirmed COVID-19 case on August 25, who was an international traveller.

They may have been infectious on a Air Canada flight 8918 from Toronto to Moncton on August 14th.

Individuals who were on that flight are asked to self-monitor for symptoms.

There have also advised of two additional international flights, with possible exposure.

  • Qatar Airways Flight 763 – Doha to Montreal on August 14
  • Air Canada Flight 423 – Montreal to Toronto on August 14

If symptoms develop, please self-isolate and call 811.
