Masks Required For Those Visiting Magic Mountain’s Fun Zone

Another attraction on Magnetic Hill is open for the summer.

Magic Mountain’s FunZone officially opened last week.

General Manager John Jelley says masks are required, ‘if you are going on the rides at the Fun Zone, you will need to wear a mask. That’s because distance can’t always be maintained when Operators are checking restraints or loading the rides.”

If you are visiting the water park, the rules are a bit different.

“In the water park it’s not recommended that you wear masks on the water slides or in the pool. You can’t wear them when you get wet. We do recommend that you have a community mask with you, as is being recommended everywhere. This is for situations where you cannot physical distance from others,” Jelley says.

Fun Zone is open between noon and 4pm, then again from 5pm to 9pm.

Passes must be purchased in advance for both the Fun Zone and Magic Mountain.
