No New COVID-19 Cases in New Brunswick This Weekend

New Brunswick is expected to lift more restrictions by the end of the week.

The province’s health officials reported no new cases of COVID-19 over the weekend.

Only one of the 121 confirmed cases remains active, the other 120 have recovered.

More than 22 thousand people have been tested to date.

Premier Blaine Higgs is expected to lift more restrictions this Friday as we take another step in the economic recovery plan.

This second part of the yellow phase, which will see the reopening of gyms, rinks, pool halls, bowling alleys and yoga and dance studios.

Low-contact team sports will also be permitted.
