The Vitalité Health Network says elective surgeries can now go ahead under the province’s pandemic recovery plan.
Some ambulatory clinics and X-ray services will be available again starting Monday with an appointment.
Vitalité says it will be contacting patients to reschedule appointments which were cancelled due to COVID-19.
Visiting patients in hospitals is still not allowed except for one healthy family member in palliative care, pediatrics or obstetrics.
All patients will be screened for the virus as they enter hospitals and will be asked to wear a mask and wash their hands.
