Canadian Snowbirds To Do Flyovers In NB And PEI Today

The Snowbirds will take to the sky again this morning as a part of their Operation Inspiration.

Residents in parts of Nova Scotia, PEI and New Brunswick will see or hear them this morning and early this afternoon.

They are expected to take off from CFB Greenwood at around 9:30 this morning and will be over PEI by 9:50, with their landing planned for 10:30 at the Greater Moncton Romeo Leblanc International Airport.

They’ll takeoff again from Greater Moncton at around 12:30, and head for the Miramichi and Bathurst regions.

They encourage everyone to view the flyovers using physical distancing. It’s not recommended you gather in crowds.

Keep an eye on the Canadian Forces Snowbirds Twitter and Facebook pages in case of changes in their schedules.
